If you attended IDWeek in San Diego, you can claim continuing medical education (CME) or continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit, print a receipt, and obtain a certificate of attendance online.
A few select talks will be made available via the IDWeek website, including the opening plenary talks by Martin J. Blaser, MD, FIDSA, speaking about the microbiome, and Robert Massie, M DIV, DBA, who gave a personal perspective as a survivor of hemophilia, HIV, and hepatitis C. The complete digital library of audio and synchronized speaker slides from the meeting is available free of charge to all registered meeting attendees. (Log in with your email address; the password is your last name.) Non-attendees can purchase sessions online. Full session abstracts are available for download as customized PDFs containing the abstracts of your choosing. A searchable archive of abstracts, speakers, and session descriptions from IDSA Annual Meetings from 2003 to the present is also available online.
Thank you to all the supporters of the first-ever IDWeek. Make plans now to attend IDWeek 2013, Oct. 2-6, in San Francisco.
